----Inclusive of blinking, a basic animation and a simple 4-frame animation OR blinking and simple 5-frame animation.

>>Additionals:
+$2 for every extra simple animation frame
(+$1 for extra simple animation frame after the first additional),
                            or additional basic animation

+$3 for every extra complex animation frame
(+$2 for extra complex animation frame after the second additional)
                            or basic animated prop

+$5 for a simple 3-4 frame animation,
    or a kinetic animation
    blinking (small) pet,

+$10 for a simple 4-5 animation frame
                            or a complex 3-4 animation frame
                            or an simple animated prop
                            or blinking large pet
                            or small pet

+$15 for every simple 6-8 animation frame,
                            or complex 4-6 animation frame  
                            or complex animated prop

I also accept points wherein $1=100

NOTES

I won't accept your commission unless you've read this!
You should be very specific with what you want because a simple action may involve more parts to be animated.
Frames refers to how many times I have to draw and/or edit the parts to be animated.
I have the right to decline if I'm not comfortable with your commission.
I won't do just blinking and/or bouncing animations unless I open them.
To be sure that I know you have read the terms and have fully understood the prices, write, Let It Go in the note title.
Simple or complex frames refer to how detailed the animation is or how animated the detailed part is.
Basic animation involves a static image without much changes like throwing an apple, talking mouth.
Kinetic animation is a little patterned kind of movement like a butterfly fluttering, angels flying together.
Unless it's very short, any animation involving hair is $10 and above.
Depending on how detailed the character or object is, 4 frames can cost $5-10 in simple animations or $10-15 for complex animations

Samples

The prices will always vary so here are some examples you could refer to. Some animations are from last year, though.

    Description: Mariposa flies flower-to-flower to collect nectar with her wand.
   Prices:
    -$20 for detailed character (inclusive of blinking, floating (going up and down) and flapping wings)
    -$20 4-frame animation of pigtails and hair bangs ($15 complex 4-frame animation) and skin shading ($5 simple 4-frame)
    -$15 for wand glowing and rotating (complex animated prop)
    -$10 for wand waving (complex 4-frame animated arms)
    -$5 for moving the flower and Mariposa (kinetic animation)
    -$70 TOTAL


   Description: Music alternatively runs and pauses to look back.
   Prices:
    -$15 for a regular chibi (inclusive of blinking, smiling and arm swinging)
    -$20 for hair (5-frames while running, 5 frames for going down)
    -$15 for running (8 frame leg animation)
    -$15 for turning around (4 frame body animation)
    -$65 TOTAL




Description: Policia pets Pet who enjoys her company.
   Prices:
    -$15 for a regular chibi (inclusive of petting and dog panting)
    -$10 for barking (I had to move the head.)
    -$ 5 for tail wagging
    -$30 TOTAL





Description:Maria with balloons and a cake.
   Prices:
    -$15 for a regular chibi (inclusive of blinking and the balloons)
    -$5 for the cake (3-frame animation for a prop)
    -$20 TOTAL








Description: Atrix doing a curtsey
   Prices:
    -$15 for a simple design (inclusive of blinking, expression change and kinetic animation of the hair when bowing)
    -$ 10 for the arms (simple 6-frame animation)
    -$ 10 for the skirt (complex 4-frame animation)
